“I served in the U. S. Army from August, 1953 til June 1955. This was during the Korean War. I did not serve in a war zone but rather spent 16 months in England. I was in the 37th AAA Battalion (Anti Aircraft Artillery). I was trained as the gun mechanic for our 75 mm anti aircraft weapon.”
